Delivery
Should you place an order for an air conditioner then this will be processed immediately with the majority of orders dispatched the same day for delivery within 2-3 working days. A next working day delivery to a UK mainland address only is available at an additional cost of £15 + vat proving orders are placed prior to midday. Our products are delivered completely free of any additional charge for UK mainland customers on a 2/3 day delivery with the exclusion of the very north of Scotland where a surcharge may apply. Deliveries are carried out between Mondays and Fridays. Timed deliveries can be arranged at additional cost.
Out of Stock Items
In the rare event that an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately to advise the position. At this point we will give you the opportunity to place the item(s) on back order or if you are unable to wait we will issue a refund immediately.
